Highly recommend Ace Exterminating! Office staff & my technician Mark, professional & knowledgeable with full explanation of services & cost. It was also nice to receive a picture of my technician before his service call.

You cant beat their customer service. Everyone you talk to be it the main 800 number operators, the local branch manager, or the technicians are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Theyve worked with our busy schedule and accommodated any changes we wanted to make, theyve always been prompt and, most importantly, the ********* ants are gone! A special shout-out to our tech, ****, and his boss, ***, in ***********, who were a pleasure to deal with.

While the technician was very pleasant and professional, I have spent $598 for absolutely nothing. It's now 5AM and for the last hour and a half I've had to listen to at least three raccoons running around my attic. NOT ONE raccoon was trapped. The access point can't be fixed because there are at least three raccoons still in the attic. The raccoon feces is still in the attic - but I was assured the "sanitzer" they sprayed would dissolve it - while the raccoons are still doing their business in the attic. Critter Control discussed a few alternatives and discussed that he would continue to have Raccooon issues until he completes the exclusion (sealed the two holes) to his space above the garage. Critter Control offered to do the coverings, but Mr. Senge asserted he will complete and is still intent on doing that. Very unhappy, came out for mice. Traps were set without explaining where until he was done and we have a cat. We need to know it is safe for the cat and where so she does not get into them. Package was to include spider, ants etc spray. Had to say something before he went out the door in order to get him to apply it. Was on my floors instead of against the baseboards. Still had spiders outside, did not knock them down. I was also told it is $88 every 2 months and after the first 30 days they come out for free to check things... read more

We recently reviewed Orkin/Rollins after receiving a contract and financial agreement that contradicted what we agreed to and were promised from a salesman. Chris ******* the branch manager contacted us and promised to correct the job and make this right. The service and project managers came to inspect and correct the job. Chris also had our contract and finance agreement corrected to reflect the promises made before contracting. We are satisfied Orkin customers and would recommend them highly. *** A.
