I called the Orkin number for Dawson Creek was given a date and time. I live in the country 20 minutes from town. My appointment was set for 2pm. I left at one to meet them. ORKIN NEVER CALLED ME OR SHOWED UP! It cost me four hours of pay. I called the next day to see what the problem was and complain and was passed to two people one of which said they would call me back. We recently decided to look into termite preventatives. We decided to obtain several quotes, one of which was from Orkin. The Orkin inspector showed up well before scheduled, which would have been fine if another pest control company was not scheduled around the same time. He literally showed up minutes after the other company's appointment. Despite being contacted for a termite preventative consultation only, he over inspected the house, including under the countertops in the kitchen. This is an abnormal area to search for ... read more
Great service, terrible office management. Get your accounting straight already. Company has been holding on to checks for payment for 6 weeks plus! Every week when I call they say they are working on it and "entering" payments as fast as they can. Deposit the checks already and do the data entry on your own time.
