I am super upset with Orkin. I had a problem with mice coming in and when I called initially they had someone come next day. Set trap and they were good. Told me if any other issues or need them removed to call and they would send someone over. I unfortunately had another mouse caught, so I emailed my rep and never got anything back. I called the office location near me and 4.5 hours later I got a call saying that there wasn't anyone available for 2 weeks to come and take care of the mouse and reset the trap. I had David from Trutech come over to look at a potential bird nesting problem in my exhaust fan vent. I heard noise in the vent and saw birds coming in and out so I assumed they had a nest. I didn't ask for "free quotes" because I didn't want people to travel and not get paid during this pandemic. David told me the cost to remove the bird nest was $325 and I agreed to it because I understand that is professional work. Reliable and reasonable service. We used ACE years ago to eliminate a termite problem and we’ve never looked back. They check our property regularly to ensure the system is still working as needed and our home is safe. We don’t have to worry at all.

I contacted Orkin last week to cancel my contract after being a customer for 2 years. The last experience I had with Orkin was extremely unprofessional. The last time someone came to my house the inside was not taken care of properly. There were traps filled with bugs left behind in multiple rooms. We called Orkin for an ant problem, told the lady on the phone we had black ants as well as fire ants. She told us that they would come out and cover both as well as caulk up any holes in the house that they might be coming in from. When the workers arrived, first I feel as though they should have had shoe covers, not only is it professional having to come into someone's home but especially with this virus going around.
