Very courteous, knowledgeable. We like that they let you know when they're on their way with approximate time of arrival. If we ever find little critters in between services they come out at no charge, they pride themselvrs on customer satisfaction!
The District Manager contacted me to resolve my issue regarding the inability to remove the raccoons from my attic. After issuing a partial credit, he is sending a product (coyote urine) that will repel the raccoons from the attic. Hopefully, the raccoon issue will be resolved after applying the product.
