They suck! New management is much worse than before. They not only screw over the customers now but also screw over employees. Good luck treating people badly it will get you nowhere.
Never have vehicle serviced here again. Better off with Jiffy Lube or Walmart.

Let me first say take your car anywhere else but here!!! I suggest Pit Stop in Goose Creek!! It has a rough week. I took my daughter's car into Summerville Ford for some recall work. I followed my mom in my daughter's car behind mine from Jedberg to the dealership. There hasn't been a problem with the car. Two weeks ago the door suddenly wouldn't shut anymore.
