Wow, Some of the negative remarks! I once felt this way to a degree until I saw the options out there and I RAN back to Summerville Ford! We had a hiccup with one of the vehicles, but it was resolved and I just bought my 8th vehicle from Summerville Ford. Ran my credit score without my permission and then blatantly lied about it. Will be reporting to the BBB as well. Don't give this dealership an inch, as they will take a mile. And then lie about it. I feel as if my fiancée and I were profiled as "girls" who don't know what they are doing and they took advantage. We do know how to negotiate. I told them multiple times no credit check until I said so. We walked away from their deal and I will never be back. Have never felt more screwed over.

Calls to the service department go to a call center. I'm still waiting for a call back and it's been 2 weeks.
The people at Summerville Ford treated me as if I was there VIP for the day. They look out for the customer first the dealer second. Summerville Ford made car buying the way it should be by treating the buyer with kindness and respect. Unlike other car dealers Summerville Ford will fight for you when the rubber meets the road in order to earn your business. There slogan is the sweetest deals in Charleston and they are not lying, hands down the best dealer I ever had to work with.

Our experience at Summerville Ford was perfect. We had a friendly salesman, Thomas Boyles, who was very patient with us as we shopped for a vehicle. He listened to what we wanted and helped us choose a vehicle that we are completely happy with. Elvis went out of his way to get every special deal available to us and saved us a LOT of money.
