Ever since I bought my first mustang from the dealership I’ve always had amazing service an today I went in for an oil change , given I waited for 3 hours but joey took care of the oil change to make sure that I wasn’t upset for the wait an it was well worth it!! Small things to help out like this really go a long way !!

Summerville Ford I’ve called 3 times one after the other for some rep to redirect to a line that hangs up on me. All I wanted to know was if there was a way to lift my seat belt out of the hole it got stuck in, which requires me to remove my seat and she asked me if there was anyone around that could do it for me... I wouldn’t be calling a dealership if there was....don’t have someone answering your phone if you don’t intend on actually helping.

Don’t waste your time. I’ve been calling for the last week and a half to get recall service performed and they must not have anybody who works in the service department. Every time I call nobody is available and they “send a bulletin” so someone can call me back. 10 days and counting....I’ve called at least 8 times and left several messages...apparently they don’t need the business.

Summerville Ford is HORRIBLE! Buying the car was easy, servicing the car is HELL! On both occasions, major work being done, there were no loaners as promised until I had to become disgruntled. Now, I've had to miss work because the loaner given to me will not start. *I am happy to report that the manager at Ford contacted promptly after this and is working to rectify this issue before business hours! He has restored my faith in Summerville Ford!*

We had been visiting the service department for service on my wife’s car since sometime last year. Saturday we bought a car. I was told that if I came in, it would be the best car buying experience I had ever had - I was not misled.

Overall, it was a good experience. The sales staff were prompt and friendly. My issues are from the lack of attention to obvious issues when my purchase went through service. They replaced the brake pads, but didn’t turn the rotors, replaced the shocks, but failed to report the huge rust holes in the bed floor, and didn’t check the cooling system where I easily found and replaced a cracked thermostat housing. Overall, I feel like I would have had an excellent experience if the service department had done what I have come to ... read more

My husband bought a 2008 Toyota Highlander here less than a month ago, dealership refused to negotiate price with us even though he paid in cash. One of the keyless remotes never worked, they gave my husband the second one before we left and it didn't even work. Now the other keyless remote has stopped working. I told my husband to walk away because they refused to go down 250 dollars, now the cost just to get our stupid keys to work will be well over that 250.
