i called snd made an appointment for an oil change, drove 45 minutes to get there and they tell me they don't make appointments. the wait is 4 hours . terrible customer service. would never go there again

This is my third Ford and I would not buy any other brand based on not only the vehicle but the commitment this company makes to World class service. Joey- the service manager was also great! My husband and I had a fantastic buying experience, with Summerville Ford. Our sales agent was John and he was amazing. We arrived with our own financing and voucher and my husband knew exactly what vehicle he wanted. The negotiation process was great and Tony was very polite and fair. Adrienne was quick but thorough.
