They hold your vehicle for days and when you call to check on the status they keep you on hold for over 15 mins and then can’t give you a status on your vehicle... they’ve had our truck for 4 days.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Derrick at Summerville Ford. I’ve had 3 separate issues pop up lately on 2 new trucks and without hesitation Derrick and the service department slid me right in and took care of the problems. I recently had a Ford Ecoboost Performance Calibration Tune added to my 2019 Ecoboost Mustang. The kit had to be specially ordered through Ford Performance. I went through Parts Department manager Jeff Hunter. Jeff ordered the parts and made all the arrangements. Once the kit was in, Jeff called me about what would be the best time to make an appointment and have the parts installed.
