1st time they upped the cost of the repair stating they misquoted initially by $1000! We negotiated it down but still a crazy amount. 2nd time they wanted to charge us well over $5000 in repairs for items not needed nor asked for. Pulled our vehicle from their clutches! Never going back. Oh and their appointment system is just a “place holder” according to the service rep. It was going to be 2 weeks before they could even get to the vehicle. Went in last week and got a deal done and drove my new truck away in about four hours. Thomas Johnson was extremely helpful and flexible with all my requests. Elvis Hayes, the manager, was key in getting everything approved so quickly. Thank you!!

This is by far the worst service and lack of professionalism I have ever experienced!! Even though I experienced this right away, I was going to overlook that issue. I just wanted to get my car fixed. But after they charge me for services they “claim” to have done to my car, and my car still has the same issue, I told them, either fix my car or give me my money back, and I take it to someone who is capable. My husband and I went to just look at cars, Duffy came over to us and asked what I was interested in and I told him the 2020 Escape. Took one on a test drive and fell in LOVE!!! We proceeded to see what kind of trade we could get and he was able to give us an offer we could not pass up. Elvis was more than helpful with working numbers to get us to a payment we wanted. When signing the final paperwork we were told they got our payment down even further!!! I definitely recommend working with them!!!!

Went in to look at trucks we found off car gurus. They had a huge selection and Mr. Chapman one of the sales associates helped me find the perfect truck. Not at all did I feel pressured into buying the truck and he let me drive it for awhile. Definitely will go back and deal with Mr. Chapman again if he will still be there.

Horrible service. Took our truck there for service and another issue with it. They gave us an diagnosis and made us paid 1300 dollars. When we came and picked it up. They hadn’t fixed it. But they told us it was ready. Now they gave us another diagnosis. Had to leve it there again. It’s been over a week. I call left a bunch of voice messages and no body returns my call. I call they transfer me to Rich Green who is in charge. But he never picks up nor return the calls. I definitely would NOT recommend this place.

Horrible service in the service department when a brake change took over 3 days, and then wasted my time with deceptive advertising for a trade-in. Definitely will NEVER patronize them or recommend friends or family.
