RecommendedThe guys in the Service Dept. are wonderful. Joey, Brian and Wayne (Technician) are very helpful and so friendly. They make you feel like family. They have helped me several times learning my new vehicle and always treat me with the upmost respect. It’s a pleasure working with them!
If you got to Summerville Ford ask for Matt, easiest process ever.
Service department is terrible and full of excuses. We don’t have enough people to work on your car in a timely fashion. Well then why did you schedule me an appointment??!! And fords employment problems are not my concern and shouldn’t have been told to me as a consumer. It doesn’t inspire any confidence in the dealership at all!! And because of the incompetence and staffing of the service department I will not be buying a ford in the future.

Absolutely everyone has been wonderful to me from the moment I stepped in the dealership and made my experience so much easier. I was a might anxious/edgy/emotional at buying a new car, always keep mine a long time, becomes my pet, lol. Andy Coates is a fabulous sales rep and answered every question with no pressure. His knowledge was TOPS and his ease in training the features helped me absorb the technology. The test drive was going to be my deciding factor. Wonderful experience! Ford Fusion was my answer.
