We went to Summerville Ford with our son to purchase his 2018 Mustang. It was easy and fast. My husband and I have purchased our cars/trucks through Dodge, having issues with paint on my Challenger dodge said they couldn't fix. 5 minutes with Ford's detailer Carl he fixed it and won a customer!
I had excellent service with Thomas and the whole team of people, no pushing me into something, I would recommend going there if your looking for a new vehicle.
Good shopping experience. The staff stayed really late to work out a deal that pleased everyone.
Took Escape in for a latch recall and had no problem. Was given an estimate of time by Allen and received a call when repair was completed.
I took my Explorer in for a brake inspection, expecting that a few or all of them would need to be replaced. They ended up finding out that the brakes were fine, just a build-up on them that made them squeak. They cleaned them and didn’t charge for the inspection!
I called ahead to make an appointment and told the representative I wanted a basic oil change and to have the recalls that were outstanding addressed. I was asked if I wanted "The Works." I said, No, just a basic oil change, and address the recalls. I ended up with a $63.12 bill for "The Works," and a messed up right front fender in the splash guard area where the lift was improperly placed and now there is a wide gap where the door and fender should come together closely.
