Service department Never returns calls. Took our car in to fix a Ford recall issue for power steering and had it break down on us twice after for the same reason. Within a week. Both times told it was our battery. Brand new higher amp battery installed and still troubled. Now they won't return our calls or give us back our money since they diagnosed it wrong.
We bought our 3rd vehicle from Summerville Ford yesterday and once again had a wonderful experience. Very professional and courteous staff. We will definitely keep giving you our business
I looked at the website daily to look at new vehicles. It was a great website until it was changed so you have to call for used cars prices. Such a waste of my time
BUYER BEWARE: These scam artists are worthless! DO NOT BUY! They will take your hard earned money and give you a clunker that will cost you more money in the long run. What a joke!!
Traded in for a pre-owned vehicle last October 2014. Problems from day 1, lots of oil and transmission leaks. Brought it back, they kept it for a week, paid for my rental. Just received a statement from car rental company saying Summerville Ford did not pay for the rental vehicle and I now owe it. After receiving the pre-owned after repairs and it started leaking again and check engine lights kept coming on. After buying a new vehical and a ceffied pre owned not even 30 days ago......mistake...If there was no stars I would give that. I've been up there 6 times in the past week for the same two issues. After leaving there this afternoon after a two hour wait to have another issue created. Absolutely ridiculous!
