Service Center need work, after over $7,500 it might be fixed, would not call and most of the time rude and short, sure miss Pam
After years as a loyal customer I will never return for service or purchase a new car. Their customer service has dropped dramatically in the last year and there is no longer "customer is always right".
I purchased my car back in February and I work with the car dealer Elvis it was a wonderful experience however I had to take my car in a few months later because my lights were left and it caused my computer to go down in my car. I was unhappy with having to pay for this because my car was under full warranty however after I called back in and explained my feelings on the situation one of the office managers, Greg Page, worked with me, gave me half my money back and a free oil change. Not worth the trouble to stop and look at them, ordered part for my truck its down, they were to call when part came in! Im waiting, needing, no call, drive there the part been there all morning not a damn soul called me, really!
