While you may get a good price on your vehicle they can't take care of you after that with their service department. Now let's think about this, you can get anyone now to match prices what's more important having a service department that provides excellent customer service, is honest, cares about your experience. Isn't this more important? Well start looking elsewhere because Summerville Ford lacks all theses qualities in a service department. I rate them 2 thumbs down. Poor service, poor attitude, many promises, nothing solid. They've lost my business and I've purchased a 2007 Mustang, a 2007 Ford F-150, and a 2008 Ford F-150 from them. NEVER AGAIN!. I hope they continue doing business this way, because they will be out of business by their own actions. I went to Jones Ford and was shocked at the contrast. Jones is my new Ford dealership.

Poor business practices - do not value customers! I purchased a service contract & GAP when got previous vehicle. Traded that vehicle in at Stokes Honda (yeah). Came back to this hell hole to get refund on service contact last week. Now back on busy Saturday waiting to do paperwork for refund on GAP protection. Good business practices would have been to inform customer of all refunds available ! You suck !

I drove an hour and half to buy a truck and got within two miles of the dealership when I got a call from them saying it had been sold. I even called that morning to make sure everything was good before coming and was told to come on. The guy never thought to check that my truck was still there, he just assumed. Complete incompetency at this dealership.

I want to thank Andreau for helping me with my new purchase of my 2016 Ford Mustang. I recommend him to all my friends and family. With his due diligence and extra hard work.
