wensday went in for an oil change and a recall and waited 2.5 hours when I was told an hour. I was very irritated but the service manager ended up giving me a free oil change and making sure I was happy cause I was not gonna come back. friday my check engine light came on and I took it back (because I've never had any issues with my car, 2013 with 100,000 miles) and again the service manager took care of the situation with no money out of my pocket. They are always awesome when I come here! I've had to come twice when I had issues with my truck. They got me in and out as fast as possible and don't BS me. Will always come here over Jones Ford! Thanks yall!
