Dr. Francis is very thorough and spent a lot of time in patient care. The facility acted quickly to give me the care I needed.
I found everyone to be professional and well organized. The facilities are clean and modern.

Dr. Francis is as knowledgeable and capable as any doctor I've been treated by. I have had issues with my neck and back since a rear-end accident in the 1970's. I have been to orthodontic doctors, chiropractors, and pain management specialists since the late 1980's. Te wait time was a little long (especially when one is in pain) but understandable as he spends time, answers questions, and quells fears. Followup from the staff is as good as it gets. I was in excruciating pain prior to seeing Dr Francis. When stretching or bending back the pain in my lower back would make me drop to my knees in pain. After being examined by Dr Francis he determined I needed an MRI. This visit was a follow up and to get the results from the MRI. I wasn’t shocked or amazed at how quickly Dr Francis pinpointed and diagnosed my problem nor was I shocked at how quickly he determined the solution - because that’s just what he does. I had spinal fusion about 4-years ago and never thought I would feel this good or be able to do the things I do! I am completely satisfied with Dr. Francis. Sometimes the wait is long to see him but well worth it. He takes the time necessary so you understand what you need to know. Thank you Dr. Francis!!
Everyone was so nice, professional, and I would recommend Dr. Francis and his team to others. I hope the rating was recorded. I'm not quite sure if it did. I rated 5 stars on all.
Worst doctor I have ever had to deal with. Worse than the VA, only saw me twice and that was 3 hours past my appointment time, plus the fact of having to drive 4 hours round trip to see him. After running test tells me that you have problems and that I should get a second opinion. During the send visit pulls me into the main hall in a gown and discusses the imaging in front of everyone. WASTE OF TIME only cares about how much he can make on long term patients.
