Went in with existing back pain from a herniated disc, my appointment was at 530pm, at 8pm after being stuck in an exam room, in an exam gown for 2.5 hours with no updates from staff on why it was getting so late, no one checking my pain levels I left and they still had the nerve to bill me $300. When you repeatedly get reviews stating you run horrifically late it might be time to stop being so greedy about how many people you schedule and set realistic appointments.
