Dr. Francis done an excellent job with explaining my medical issue with my spine and what is the best procedure to correct it.
This is NOT about Dr. Francis himself or his work, he did an amazing job on my husband and after a little over 3 months of recovery from L4-L5-S1 fusion, he has been able to do MANY things he was doing before including working out, going back to work, yard work, home repairs and helping with our children. What a great experience with Dr. Francis and his entire staff both Houston and Beaumont offices!!! Very thorough and accommodating...the office wait may be long but worth it to be pain free!! Thank you for everything!!
Dr Francis office is professional and accommodating. They offered me an appointment for the very next day from my call. The wait time was about an hour, but once I was brought back I understood why. The staff was very thorough in obtaining information, after which he performed a very detailed examination. X-rays, MRI, and EMG were all performed on the very same day. Had back surgery with Dr. Francis in mid-July. He is without a doubt one of the best spine surgeons around. His Beaumont and Houston staff were excellent. The professionalism is evident in everything they do! I would highly recommend him to anyone concerned about spine issues. Tim C. Orange, TX
Dr. Francis performed spine surgery on me and immediately alleviated my symptoms. He was very attentive, caring and knowledgeable. All of the people who work for him were the same. Highly recommended.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a Doctor’s office! I have NEVER been to Doctor’s office that overbooks this much. 1st visit. I waited 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time before I was even taken to the evaluation room. I waited another 1.5 hours in the examination room before Dr. Francis decided to make an appearance. 2nd visit. Office wait times have improved. The surgery was successful and the pain is subsiding. I believe Dr Richard Francis to be an expert on back issues.
