What a great experience with Dr. Francis and his entire staff both Houston and Beaumont offices!!! Very thorough and accommodating...the office wait may be long but worth it to be pain free!! Thank you for everything!!
Dr Francis office is professional and accommodating. They offered me an appointment for the very next day from my call. The wait time was about an hour, but once I was brought back I understood why. The staff was very thorough in obtaining information, after which he performed a very detailed examination. X-rays, MRI, and EMG were all performed on the very same day. Dr. Francis performed spine surgery on me and immediately alleviated my symptoms. He was very attentive, caring and knowledgeable. All of the people who work for him were the same. Highly recommended.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a Doctor’s office! I have NEVER been to Doctor’s office that overbooks this much. 1st visit. I waited 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time before I was even taken to the evaluation room. Office wait times have improved. The surgery was successful and the pain is subsiding. I believe Dr Richard Francis to be an expert on back issues.
I am forever grateful for my referral to Spine Associates. In 2013 I was in a accident with an 18 wheeler that resulted in back surgery in 2015 which was the best decision of my life. In March 2018 I started having severe pain again and the search for a doctor begun. Long story short I started seeing Dr. Richard Francis in February 2019 after being poorly treated and medicated by 2 other doctors and by my second visit he had a plan and genuine recommendations. I’m 3 weeks out and I feel great.
In 1 week i went from 3 years of lower back pain to herniated disk to surgery to finally no pain. Yes all in one week. He is absolutely the best in the field. His staff is so very caring and informative. I will always recommend Dr Francis and his staff.
