Dr. Francis was very thorough and took his time explaining scoliosis and treatment plans to my daughter.
I had a very positive experience with Dr Francis and everyone at the clinic , we were treated very well , kindly , and professionally. After after having an MRI it was explained in detail so I/ we could understand and the plan of care was also explained in detail. Will highly recommend him to others!
Dr. Francis is an excellent doctor who cares deeply for his patients, knows the importance of properly diagnosing and provided me with a straight forward, easy to understand treatment plan like no other experience I've had before. His desire to help as many people as quickly as he can, to enjoy a better quality of life, may cause you a little wait time because the demand for his service is high so I wait for quality care. I trust him. Knowing he will always put is patients health care first.
It was outstanding
Was able to get scheduled in quickly. Surgery was scheduled quickly as well. The communication is what they are lacking. Had back surgery Wednesday last week and the office has not been able to return my FMLA forms. More than a week long to get a doctor signature. Real quick to collect all monies owed but cannot provide same service for staff to return forms on time. Doctor does his job but after that good luck getting any paperwork done.
Except for all the waiting.... the doctor, staff and facilities are awesome!
