When I went in for my first consultation with Dr. Francis, I had made a copy of my MRI determined to get a second opinion. After meeting his staff and him I felt very confident that I was in the best of hands. The whole team in his office and at the surgery center have impressed me with their expertise and bed side manor. I would highly recommend Dr. Francis and his staff.

Dr Francis did a fusion on my C4-5 w/success, however in 2016 he did a lumbar 360 on me which helped my pain at first, although my left lower leg & foot were still numb since surgery . Gradually I started having severe back pain radiating down my hips. I recently saw a Neurologist & discovered my S1 nerve was cut during surgery which has left me in severe pain & numbness to my left lower leg & foot. This is permanent. I am now disabled due to the pain.

He took care of my dad after he fractured his L1 vertebra. My dad was in a lot of pain and Dr. Francis made sure he was able to get an appointment to see him the very next morning. He performed a kyphoplasty procedure to fix the fracture that same week. My dad went from an 8 on pain scale down to a 1 as soon as he woke up from the procedure. He's my hero for helping my dad

Deserves 0 stars. The staff is rude. We waited 2 months for an appt & once there we waited 4 hours for the dr to spend > 5 min w/ us. Was told to get an MRI & call to schedule a follow up. We had to wait 2 more months for the f/U. Today I was made to change into a gown & after waiting 3 hours we were made to walk into the hall, while in the gown, to talk to the Dr. Three hours & he couldn't even walk into the room to give me the courtesy and privacy that I, as his patient, deserved. HORRIBLE!
