I am forever grateful for my referral to Spine Associates. In 2013 I was in a accident with an 18 wheeler that resulted in back surgery in 2015 which was the best decision of my life. In March 2018 I started having severe pain again and the search for a doctor begun. Long story short I started seeing Dr. Richard Francis in February 2019 after being poorly treated and medicated by 2 other doctors and by my second visit he had a plan and genuine recommendations. I’m 3 weeks out and I feel great.
In 1 week i went from 3 years of lower back pain to herniated disk to surgery to finally no pain. Yes all in one week. He is absolutely the best in the field. His staff is so very caring and informative. I will always recommend Dr Francis and his staff.
They were very kind and professional.
I had an appt. 03/26 at 11:30 am. I asked the person at the window how long it would be and was told 45 min. After 2 hours, I again asked how long and was told 30 min. After over 2 more hours I was finally called and set another hour in a back exam room. The office took people that came in after me. My instructions after my surgery included "do not sit for long periods of time". I was in extreme pain after the 5 hours of waiting and only received a "sry about your wait" comment. Unacceptable.
Dr. Francis explained in detail what was causing my lower back pain. He took the time to answer my questions and put me at ease. I did not feel pressured to make a decision right away. Everyone was very nicefrim office staff, XRay technician & muses.. I would recommend Dr Francis for your orthopedic physician..
Great doctor who treats you like you are parent of the family. He actually listens to you and with MRI/X-rays will review and explain everything. He has a very professional staff and his office is always clean and spotless. With surgery it was perfect without any complications.
Great doctor, highly recommend him to anyone. Surgery went well, P/T went well, no set backs. I'm 3 months post-op and have been cleared to resume all activities. Pain free for the first time in many years.
I wish we had taken more time getting explanations and information on all the options.
very pleased with the Dr. and staff, very professional and yet down to earth. I believe they really care about the patient and our concerns. I have already spoken highly of Dr. Frances and staff.
