Had a very go experience at the Beaumont office everytime we went. Surgery went well in Houston everyone was nice. Nurses are very knowledgeable. The only bad experience was the insurance did not approve the surgery at first. Had to reschedule for next business day.
Excellent surgeon, over the last 4 years my husband & I have referred 6 people. All have had great results except for one that didn’t do the exercises required after surgery. She is a pill popper that wants sympathy not results. Don’t go here if all you want is drugs.
I had back pain for over 10 yrs and went to chiropractors, therapy, decompression and none worked. I went to see Dr Francis because he did my dads surgery in 2002. Dr Francis looked at the MRI I brought but did his own tests and CT scan to find the cause of my pain. After we went through the results and what needed to be done. Dr Francis was very thorough about explaining the procedures and outcome, along with making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Richard Francis is very knowledgeable and compassionate about his art and patients. His Beaumont and Houston staff are nice too. The fact that he’s all hands on and makes every effort to meet with his clients goes above and beyond. This man should receive a recognition award of the year, every year!!!!
Dr. Francis is wonderful!!! His staff in Beaumont, Houston, and at MVP Surgery Center are amazing! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Francis and his staff.
Dr. Francis is the best spine doctor anyone could wish for. He took note of all that was said during the visit, asked pertinent questions , listening to the responses, and answered all my questions, taking his time. He did not rush me like many doctors do. He checked me physically after the surgery and made sure I got and am getting the necessary therapy I need for full recovery.
I have had 3 different back surgeries dating back to my time in the Marine Corps. I was injured in Afghanistan which was the beginning of what would be years of back and nerve pain. I have had numerous procedures and doctors try but never get it right. I was referred to Dr Francis from my PCM because I was yet again having horrible back pain that literally left me crying and wanting it to end by any means. He knew within 10 mins what was wrong and had tests done to prove what he said was to begin with, he knows his stuff
Dr. Francis is an awesome surgeon. He operated on both of my kids for their scoliosis. My son was 17 at the time and a week ago he operated on my 14 year old daughter. My son was in constant pain before his surgery, however, he is now a firefighter and an EMT with no complications. My daughter with return to hip hop dancing soon. Dr. Francis told my husband and I years ago that he would treat my kids as if they were his. He has held true to his word. We would never use another spine surgeon but him. #backtonormal
