Dr Francis is a wonderful surgeon. The very 1st visit he explained everything that's needed to be done. Everything he explained since my surgery has happened. I have no back pain and have been up and moving since the day of the surgery. I highly recommend Dr Francis and his team. They were all wonderful.
The people were wonderful from the beginning. We were a little worried about the procedure at first. They explained and answer every question. I ended up having a total of three surgery after surgery I felt better. The entire staff from front desk to the nurses at the hospital were absolutely wonderful. I know this can be a scary experience but I’m absolutely thankful that I had it done. And Dr. Francis was the right doctor to do good with.

The ENTIRE staff was very professional, patient and addressed all of my concerns. Dr. Francis was able to diagnosis my problem, and present my treatment options. I did choose surgery since my quality of life for the past couple of years had decreased drastically. I was no longer able to work out, take girls trips, shop at the mall for any extended time, or even walk to my car after a shift at work. The time and care that Dr Francis spent explaining the problem and procedure is amazing. Immediately following surgery I had no more pain and full use of my left arm again. After dealing with the pain and problems getting worse for more than a year, he was able to fix everything. He and his staff are so welcoming and friendly. I couldn't have made a better choice than spine associates.
Dr. Francis and his staff are extremely thorough. He took the time to listen to my history and hear about my pain. I knew I was in good hands on the first appointment. Surgery was a breeze. All of my questions had been answered and heard. My neck feels better and it’s only been six days since my spine was fused at c4-c5. To have that kind of pain eased is a blessing.
