Awesome!!I woke up the day after a lot of heavy work and could barely walk even with a cane. Had a mri and the primary scheduled me my 1st appointment with Dr Francis (only 3 days later).Week 11st appointment was there about 1 hour (including the time they took for xrays). Left with a surgery date and instructions scheduled for the next week. Good visit, everyone is really nice
I had a cervical surgery with Dr Francis four months ago. The recovery has gone smoothly and a month ago I even did the Santiago’s way walking for 6 consecutive days for about 120 kilometers on an uneven road with steep up and downs. Dr Francis and his team provide an excellent service. I strongly recommend him and his practice.
Dr. Francis and his staff were amazing. Dr. Francis is very down to earth, answers all questions, friendly and very good at what he does. You are not just another number. He and his staff took great care of me. He even had to be called back to the hospital because I developed a blood clot. He was very concerned at all times. I'm thrilled with the results of my back surgery. Dr. Francis is the second physician I saw about the excruciating pain in my back. The first one said I needed to learn to live with the pain. Dr. Francis was different. He immediately noticed I was hurting and set out with a plan to alleviate the pain. He was excellent, as was his team of professionals who worked with him. I give Dr. Francis my very highest recommendation for the care and attention I received before, during, and after surgery.
The staff is beyond amazing and have always been supportive. I’ve suffered w back pain for 10 years. I’ve had multiple procedures and tried pretty much everything with no success. From the beginning Dr. Francis was compassionate and eager to fix my issues. I had surgery on Monday and I’m able to walk and do things I haven’t been able to do in 10 years.
