The experience was great and very professional. Dr Francis was able to tell me exactly what was going to happen and what I will be expecting as an outcome. It has been a great experience knowing that I will have relieve of all pain and the fact that DR Francis has given me my life back. In August 2002 Dr Francis had me on the operating table for +/- 10 hours. I was 45 years old at the time and had been suffering severe pain for years and prior to the surgery had lost ability to function with any normalcy. After the surgery and post surgery recovery I felt like I was 18 years old again. Now at 62 years old I still feel 18.
I have been a patient of Dr. Francis since 2004. He is very thorough and he takes his time to come up with just what you need for relief of pain

My primary care physician referred me to Dr. Francis and I am very happy that she did. Dr. Francis' warm and gentle personality made me comfortable with the diagnosis and the need for surgery. He and his staff were the epitome of professionalism. From my initial office visit to my follow up after my surgery, I was given excellent care, treated with kindness and respect.
I would definitely recommend Dr R. Francis. I felt completely at ease and confident, with his, methods in obtaining findings of my spine condition. He is a very kind and compassionate Dr. He's willing to discuss your findings, at a level you comprehend, and takes the time needed to do so.
I only gave 4 stars bc it was my initial visit. I would rate him as well as his Besumont office staff at 5 though based on my initial experience. I was able to get an appointment the same day at 5pm. Wait was not long at all..staff were awesome from front desk to xray to his assistant. He is extremely efficient and thorough. I was actually having complications from a procedure completed by another physician. I was afraid that nobody would treat me. He explained in detail and was engaging and personal with me.
