I’ve had nothing but great service since my first trip to Dr Francis office. His entire team has been great. and I would recommend him to anyone that needs the medical attention Dr Francis and his team provides.
I was extremely pleased with everyone from reception through departure after surgery. We were greeted with smiles and registration was very quick. Pre-surgery prep was started immediately and the nurses were very attentive and kind. Spoke with Dr Francis, anesthesiologist, and surgical nurses prior to surgery and they answered all questions I had. While I am not completely free of pain yet, I am pleased with progress made so far and anticipate complete relief with therapy and time. Very thankful

I'm 20 months post surgery & have waited to do a true review bc I wanted to be sure the healing was real. I'm a first grade teacher w/ 2 young children of my own. I was in so much pain it started affecting my mental health. I couldn't enjoy life w/ my kids. After my L5S1 fusion, I am 100% pain free&doing everything I was prior. Running, lifting, and enjoying life as much as I want! I just wanted to live w/less pain. I had no idea I'd be able to get back to life 100%. THANK YOU Dr. Francis!!!

Overall it was good. The only bad thing was I was not kept inform of when I would go in. Everything else was good that was the only bad thing
Had early morning appt. Everything went smoothly. He referred me to Physical Therapy. My first PT appointment is June 23rd.
Love this office, no wait at all. Had a stitch coming out nurse and Dr Francis fixed me right up.
