PRO'S: The rooms are nice, free food in the club lounge on the 12th floor, but you have to catch it in time. CON'S: If you do not valet your car and use the parking structure you have to walk down and around a corner in the parking structure in the direction of oncoming traffic !!!! Such a bit safety hazard

I am actually writing this review in my Sheraton robe, eating pancakes, comfortable in bed! everyone here has been so helpful and professional, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and beautiful, and the amenities are awesome. The only minor complaint I have it that the walls are a little thin and I can hear people around me. :-) overall, a great hotel/staff and I will stay again

Every time I stay at the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel - Downtown, they give me more reasons to come back. I get why people love the other DragonCon hotels, too, but the staff at the Sheraton really stands out head and shoulders above the others (and I've stayed at them all).

I will never be back to this hotel again. When we arrived we had paid cash on top of our pre- deposit. Unfortunately we were then charged another room stay on top of our already paid for stay. We were also unaware of parking expenses. When we asked for explanation she told us they credited the card and that we would need to contact our bank from this point for any other errors. I would first like to start off first by saying this is an Awesome Hotel!!! I had an amazing experience. I'm not an out of towner I live right here in Georgia. this was a first for me, However there was a Misunderstanding with my reservation and I was a little uneasy when this road block arose. Very friendly but it was a bit of a dump. Pool was a nice feature and bed comfortable though, but very dated and in need of a refurb. It was also very noisy and i had a view of the area where the staff hang out and the car park. It did its job but certainly not a business hotel I expected

Although my reservation got mixed up, everyone from front desk to room service gave excellent service!! Walking distance to must visit places in the city!!
