This was truly a lovely place to stay. It was especially beautiful in the inside. All of my interactions with hotel staff was pleasant and I enjoyed my stay. I will be booking again next month.

Great Hotel with great on-site staff. Just concerned about the handling of reservations and the advance payment process.
Upon my arrival the iron did not work in a SPG member and did not get credited my points the sheets on the bed were stained in multiple areas I requested an extra blanket it never came I had to go buy one myself would not stay again maybe not in a SPG hotel ever again... I give two stars only because it's a great location!
I enjoyed my stay. At least 3 conferences going on when I was there, the staff were still professional, and polite

I had the pleasure of staying on the club level this weekend for my birthday. The staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. My room was absolutely perfect!! My only regret is that I forgot to bring my bathing suit so that I could enjoy the beautiful indoor pool!! I definitely plan to spend more birthdays here in the future!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the rooms are old looking, cramped bathrooms and the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The food at the hotel Restaurants was cold, pre made bar food type and not inexpensive. Overall very disappointed. It made me want to go home early �
Front staff was phenomenal. I love the text you receive randomly. You can also text back if you run out of coffee or anything else...
