Here for the day of the dead convention.we arrived early and got into our room as we arrived,great customer service.housekeeping was great.starbucks coffee shop,gift shop wasn't to pricey.only one complaint was the restaurant was to expensive, went up the street to Waffle House got two breakfast meals for your price of one. But other than that , I will be coming back next year!
House keeping and the bar/waitstaff were great. But I must say management and the iduvidual that helped me at the front desk are a far from great when it comes to you actually getting the room you PAID FOR MONTHS IN ADVANCE!
It's the best around and wouldn't mind coming back again next time I travel
Clean rooms, nice service , workers was happy to help at any point !! Will definitely be back!
Friendly staff! Beautiful Hotel. Beds were like sleeping on concrete and could hear every noise in the hallways.

Overall, I was disappointed in my experience with the Sheraton Atlanta. If you're looking for a restful night, this hotel and the courtyard rooms are not the place for you!! I did not realize that I needed to specify that I would like to sleep at night when I checked in! Very disappointing for a nice hotel. The staff and food at Fandangles was the best part of the stay.

I don't usually do reviews lol that's how much I love this hotel, great rooms! Awesome location right downtown Atlanta. Great bar inside hotel and nice pool and gym! Plenty of food places you can walk to near hotel. Great customer service, great food! I will be staying here from now on every time I visit!!
