Way to pass your mistakes on to your customers. I'll no longer be staying here for my dragoncon or any other experience.
After paying in full (nonrefundable, nontransferable, non-changeable) a full year in advance, the Sheraton refuses to honor the original contacted rate and has raised it by $20/nt. This is horrible business practice. It undermines the consumer's trust in them to provide services as promised. I would not recommend them for future bookings.

I attended a three days conference and breakfast and lunch was provided. The restrooms have several broken soap dispensers. The breakfast was hard stale bagels and day old pastries. The coffee, juice and snacks were ok. The lunch I purchased from Chic fil A 5 minutes down the street was 100 percent better.
Nice hotel that met all of our needs for our conference. The staff was exceptional! We never met one member of the staff anywhere in the hotel that wasn't friendly and went out of our way to show true southern hospitality! Thank you all!
I love how the staff catered to the guest... I didn't meet one rude staff member and it was the best weekend ever..
I booked a room for Dragon*Con in Atlanta a year in advance, and due to the hotel's policies I was charged for the full amount of my stay in September of 2016. Last week, the hotel notified attendees that they posted and charged us an incorrect room rate due to their own error. They are now asking for additional money or they will cancel our rooms.
