A-maz-ing!!! Loved it staff professional Shout out to Anisa Wright you dear are fab with a capital "F"!!!!!!!! Cleanliness gets an A+, price was marvelous...Just book you can't go wrong!
The bathroom was horrible, the parking was to much,not enough towels, not even a shower cap,tissue roll behind the toilet, the staff was nice.will i stay there again. No.the price was to much.

I stayed at this hotel for a week for a work conference held in the grand ballroom. I have celiac disease and I honestly dread traveling anywhere because it so hard to find gluten-free food and places that are accommodating to my dietary needs. I was so impressed by this hotel's food, as well as their service. The employees were so eager to serve me and made sure I got whatever I needed. We were actually there for the World ventures training. What a fantastic staff you have. They were all very polite and spoke any time you passed one of them.
It's very nice, but alot of the little things should be free. But had a very good stay.
Our visit here was absolutely amazing, our son enjoyed his 6th birthday getaway!!!
The two suggestions I would make in order to rate this is a 5-star hotel would be too have a later pool session for adults only and put some microwaves in the rooms

The Sheraton Atlanta Hotel is awesome!! The Garden pool area is beautiful. Our room (corner suite) was wonderful. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. The hotel is so conveniently located we parked and walked to everything. Hard Rock Café, Centennial Olympic park and Phillips Arena for a concert!!
