Worst stay I've had in along time. The staff was rude. And not helpful at all
We left Memphis unexpectedly in effort to support family at the Shepherd Center here in Atlanta. I did not make any reservations. I called this location and got the sweetest angel to answer. Ms. Tiffany gave instruction of what to do and to call her back. Once completed she made accomodations without hesitation. When you're in customer service you know, recognize and value great customer service. She has made this visit most pleasurable already. Hotel was clean and nice it can get noisy sometimes after hours but u gotta understand u are in a city that does not sleep � in the downtown area I would stay there again
For a hotel that rents its ballroom for events, there was not enough parking to accommodate everyone. Spill overs were redirected to a parking garage across the street. Other than that, the hotel was nice, and the event was great.
I liked the inside of the hotel, the breakfast buffet, the little cafe was kind of pricey but good. I like the pool and the exercise room was nice lots of machines and clean. The night I stayed was very busy and the location was congested lots of people standing outside and the parking unless you wanted to pay 40.00 a day was not great. You had to park across the street and that was a Max of twenty dollars pending on when you came in and out.
Never going back there again! I got bit by bed bugs!! Room #1132 When they switched our room they had the audacity to downgraded us to a room that was way cheaper than what we had. There were stains on the sheets and pillows. I expected more being that it's a 4 star hotel. Horrible experience.

Food OK. At a private event with a cash bar we were charged more for drinks than was being charged at the hotel bar - not good!! Layout of hotel jumbled and confusing Hallways dark. Housekeeping did ok except for last night of stay - not enough towels Overall staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate
It was horrible my family got bedbugs bites. They caught them and showed them to the manager. House keep looked at the beds and seen them too. They are nasty.
