We did not have a positive experience during our stay here. They did not have the "Deluxe" room reserved for us so they put us in a "traditional room." Said they were going to "take care of us!" Agreed to lower the parking rate to $10 instead of $30 (turns out, free parking was supposed to be part of our package) and give us access to the "Club" on the 12th floor. Wonder experience. Conceriage was wonderful. Definitely my best hotel
The room was mediocre I was promised a nice quiet setting and all night long all I heard was kids running up and down the hallways apparently there was some kind of convention going on that evening the water pressure in the shower was terrible but I guess you get what you pay for
I️ enjoyed my stay from 11/9/17 - 11/13/17 for three Cowboys vs. Falcons game through none other than Fans Zone. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff had a pleasant attitude and great customer service especially with a booked hotel. A special thank you to Shenita Taylor at the Bell Desk. Nita’s personality was amazing and she is hilarious ��. We enjoyed her company and conversation as much as we did the city. My room was the bomb I loved everything bout including my view and the employees were very helpful I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Very clean and room was nice. Wife and I enjoyed our stay and we ate in the restaurant on the 3rd floor and food was wonderful.
The valet and front desk help was so friendly and amazing. The whole valet staff was the most gracious and accommodating staff. Every one of them. Shenita Taylor and Wayford were especially great. The service and food in the lounge was terrible unfortunately. Very very slow service. Waited over 30 min for a drink and they were out of simple things. Food was burnt and took forever. Other than that everything else was great.
HORRIBLE... Will stick to Marriott Hotels. SPG is still not up to standard for big business. Can't even answer multiple calls to give you business. Now I know why the Marquis is sold out. Absolutely HORRIBLE.
