Booked the room for sleep in between 2 days of international travel. Unfortunately we were placed in a room next to their conference center having a dance competition that was allowed to continue until 11:30 pm. Even with ear plugs and noise machine in room our lamps/walls were shaking due to the bass. When we called down around 11:15 pm to consider switching rooms we were assured they were checking out the next day and it would not start again in the AM. After checking out, we waited an HOUR for our car!! We paid $80 for valet. Valet is about convenience. When you have your child with you, it makes it ridiculous amount of time. Cars are out there without owners or valet moving them! It makes for a bad experience upon leaving!!!
I have been here a couple times before and I was pretty neutral. Very disappointed with this stay. Seems there is a cheer competition here this weekend. The room 553 seems to abut the auditorium. The noise is like being at a “best bass” car stereo contest. We called at midnight and they said it should stop soon. We asked when it would start again in the morning (we had a LONG day of international travel with 6 time zones changed) as we wanted to sleep in. Dirty and dirtier. Yuck. The staff is not helpful at all. Way overpriced and the hotel is under construction and no one was notified. Will definitely NEVER be back.
TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!will never stay here again
