Great hotel truly enjoyed it! All the staff was friendly and extremely helpful!
They don’t provide Shuttle Service from the Airport 😒
Stayed here for a conference. Considering this hotel is in downtown Atlanta it is in need of renovations. My company made reservations a month ahead of time and we still couldn't be accommodated with what we reserved. Then on the second day of my three night stay I had to kill a total of three roaches in my bathroom. I called staff promptly but since they was full I couldn't move to another room. So I was given free meals. Very unhappy,but at least they were apologetic.

The event facilities are working well which is why I am here but the I would never recommend this hotel. The rooms are small and outdated, they don't feel clean. Our maid didn't replace our dirty glasses or leave extra towels as I asked for. Getting in and out of the parking garage is a nightmare! Never again!

I think it’s time to update the carpeting. Shower had very very very little pressure. Bedding was clean, fluffy and bright white. Staff was friendly.
Reserved a corner king suite. When we arrived we were told none were available and was downgraded to another room w a queen bed. They tried talking it up and throwing in breakfast. Get to the room and the toilet is full of shit! The room hasn't even been cleaned! Never again for Sheraton!

We recently stayed for several nights in a room with a balcony facing the pool. Every one was kind, helpful and service was prompt. Our room was clean and the bed was ultra comfortable, our room rate was reasonable. The restaurants and the buffet in the hotel were too pricy but there are plenty of places to eat with in walking distance. I would stay here again.
First off, there is no selection of ZERO! We were trapped in the elevator between floors for 45 minutes. And who ever was at the front desk answering the phone would either hang-up, place us on hold or come back to the line and ask the same questions we had already answered. After being told the engineer was on the way, we found out that was not true. We pressed the emergency call button and the same treatment! There was 11 of us stuck: 4 children and 7 adults. The pool is phenomenal. My daughter absolutely loved it. Toni the bellman was great !! The room was not the best. There was an issue that was quickly resolved by the manager.
