This hotel is awful!! Ridiculous amounts of noise at the pool and in the halls. The rooms are old and need of updating. I've stayed at many hotels downtown over DragonCon weekend and I've never been as upset by noise as I have been the first week of August at this hotel. Do not stay here.
Very nice hotel; great price but could use a few things. Check in was fairly easy as long as you didn't need valet; they were hard to locate, even to ask questions about drop off. The coverlet on one of our beds could was dirty, which was a big disappointment for a hotel of this caliber. While the room has a microfridge, a microwave would have been nice since we travel with small children. The bathrooms are TINY, like a closet, literally. Had a wonderful family reunion! We were treated like royalty. A hotel worth staying at again.
Nice spot I gave it 4 stars cause we were in the furthest room from civilization( such a long walk) but pretty nice overall
The hotel was adequate but I had a bad experience within my room. Someone stole $65 from my purse in my room, either the cleaning lady or roommate.

We take comments of this nature very seriously and work with our Security Department handle these matters. It is very concerning to learn of the loss you sustained while a guest with us and I am very sorry for the occurrence.
Something was going on with their system bc the room we were given already had someone asleep in it (awkward). Later that day, a housekeeper cane in our room stating her records showed we should've been checked out when it was our first day there. However, they were accommodating and comped our breakfast and allowed early check in and late checkout. Staff was friendly.
The stay itself was okay. Really enjoyed the pool. BEWARE! Be careful if you buy anything from the gift shop! My husband purchased a watch for our daughter as a gift. Did not realize that the back was missing and the watch was broken as a result. We live over three hours away and we have been told that the only way they will fix it is if we bring it in in person. Even the assistant front office manager wouldn't help. Its absurd.

Great staff, great facility. Only thing I would change is the parking but not much can be done about that in downtown Atlanta with the hotel spending major bucks and months of construction. Looking forward to my next stay.
I recommend placing microwaves in the rooms or place one in each towers made acceptable to guess.
