Ok for price room small we booked a double had do queen with pull out not helpful the ac is a 1 at best you will burn up.

Parking is $27-$32 that's insane! The breakfast is $17.99 a person... bottle of water is $4. My kids said the pool tasted salty, the parking garage is tight and tiny. We drive a truck, it was 2 inches from the ceiling! Not exaggerating. And there is a Safehouse outreach center next door. Bedding was yellow and dingy other than that it wasn't completely nasty so I gave it 2 stars.

We provide complimentary in all our guests rooms that include 16 oz. bottle of waters. Cleanliness is one of our top priorities and I deeply apologize for any details we overlooked. I had a great time. I only came to the Sheraton for DragonCon and cos losseum con. But every time I've been there the staff has been friendly and the hotel was very clean.
So where do I start... this past weekend I had my wedding reception there and it was beyond what I asked for. Kemi is the event sales coordinator and she was beyond accommodating. She made sure what we requested and went above and beyond. Adama, the banquet captain worked with my vendors and made sure they had what they needed. Great rooms, lots of security, great staff, didn't really like the twenty seven dollars parking or the sixteen dollars breakfast, but overall it was great.

Loved my stay! Reasonable rates, Beautiful hotel, great hospitable service inside and outside of the hotel, very friendly staff, clean rooms and an awesome, awesome pool area�. Can't wait for my next trip to Atlanta, will certainly consider booking here.
Good: Food Bad: everything else. Parking sucks. Check-in sucks. Small rooms, smaller bathroom. Not worth the price they ask for.

For the money we spent on the hotel and the fact that it was a 4* hotel I would have expected more. The room was very small and the bathroom wasn't much bigger than a closet. The hallways are kept clean but seem out of date and could use some refreshing. The pool was the best part of the hotel . $27 a night for parking is a complete rip off and they don't even have a complimentary breakfast �
