So far I can't do nothing but brag. A few mishaps but swift action to correct and assure our satisfaction. We love the rooms. And the perks were so amazing 😉 I'm speechless. The food at the restaurant was delicious 😋. Absolutely the best hotel I've been to and I travel a lot.

Had a great experience over the weekend. Then suite I was in was super comfortable and the staff/services were awesome.
Very clean!! Great price!! Very happy with our stay.
They put us next to the elevator, the a/c isn't working in this room and a dog was parking all morning!
Room service arrived late, and while delicious, it was stone cold and extremely overpriced. The staff is excellent, however and 90% have gone out of their way to be helpful. I do love southern manners. 😊

The staff could have of been a Lil more friendlier but overall the location was great. Bed so comfortable. Need a microwave in the room to for the price each night. Trying to order pillows from there now.
Had a little group upon checking in, but it was easily resolved with some great customer service. Clean room, great location.
A king suite no tub ��. Why not two rooms .? Extra tv and a microwave would be nice .... elevator didn't work on one side . 300.00 that's a lot . We ordered food it was 50.00 by its self . We cancelled it.... Learned stay... the girl at the front desk was rude ... I asked the young man pushing the luggage rack could I use it .. he said No .. I walked off .
Hotel was great, The receptionists were very rude and the house keeping tried coming in at 1 in the morning
