They really took good care of us here!!! I loved every minute and I loved the pool area!!! First time staying at a Sheraton hotel and we'll definitely be back!!!
The hotel looks beautiful but it's in a bad part of town, it's very sketchy walking between buildings to go to the pool. You'd think after spending $ on the hotel you get a pass to park for free, nope that's an extra $30 a day to park. And then the prices of breakfast is ridiculous. A muffin and cup of juice is $15, that's highway robbery. A bottle of water in the room is $4. Then the hotel charged my wife's card an extra $50 for no reason! I think it is despicable that you charge people to park when they stay in your hotel. I will NOT recommend ever. Parking should be free for your patrons that stay there.

The south tower only had one elevator operational. There were over 1,500 attending the conference not to mention other guest. Made going back to the room miserable.

Great location with friendly and excellent reception staff. Didn't use other facilities.
They need to revise the HVAC system. The vent blew cool air directly on thermostat but the rest of the room was hot. Our bathroom sliding door only opened part way due to a set screw that blocked it from opening completely. Would not stay there again.

Gorgeous hotel! Staff was always super friendly. The front desk would consistently call back and check on us whenever we asked for anything. I loved that they offered a reward if you chose to bypass room cleaning for that day.
