Went to the old school Saturday for thr first time and had a blast!!! Very nice people all around!!
The way they treat employees let them go only to hire younger and cheaper staff! Never again will I stay at a Sheraton!! I hope you fail at your new ownership.
As an owner of a sweet gentle loving Doberman, that is also a SERVICE ANIMAL, I will no longer be a patron of your hotels! Your pet policy is wrong and ignorant. You cannot judge entire breeds for the actions of a few, same as we cannot with people. As a black male I wonder what other restrictions you have in place? Hmmm??? Sorry you have lost my business as well!

Your pet policy shows your inexcusable ignorance towards specific dog breeds you clearly know nothing about. You have lost my business and the business of my company. What's next? No muslims allowed? No jewish people allowed? What a shame. "Due to aggressive nature the following breeds are not permitted: Doberman Pit Bull Miniature Pinscher Staffordshire Terrier Rottweiler Giant Schnauzer Chow Chow Old English Sheepdog

I've stayed at this hotel for conventions for the past few years and enjoyed my service each time. There was a hiccup with dragoncon pricing, but I thought they handled it acceptably. This past stay was spectacular though. The staff went out of their way to make the visit pleasant. Ayq was great and exceedingly polite and customer service oriented. We very much enjoyed our anniversary staycation night. The hotel has two towers so it can be confusing figuring out where you're headed room wise. The convention space is nice an... read more
