I booked club level and when I arrived the next day they put me on the second floor. You have to drag your luggage up a flight of stairs. Wi-fi didn't work in room at all. I left something in my room and checked back for 24 hours- no one turned it in. Sorry but where did it go if not theft. Room was clean and comfortable. Concierge very efficient. Parking $27 night is outrageous. Park across the street on weekends for $6. Homeless man using lobby computer for an hour.

Great hotel! I was only there for one night, but it was a top notch experience. The staff, from the valet to the clerk that checked me in, were all great!
For a four star hotel it sure had a lot of 2 star qualities. not to mention the extra 27.00 a night for parking...in a parking structure that by the way has no elevator or access to the actual hotel...which resulted in us having to hike down a street with the risk of oncoming traffic slamming in to us just to get the lobby area to access the elevators to our rooms. Never again.
Well I'm staying free for 2 nites, it seems to be in a great location haven't had any issues whatsoever traffic in Atlanta is how they say it on the television other than the walk to the room the first time but then I located my room from outside and we quickly fix the walking issue love the beds and deep toilets if that matters wow crazy Atlanta restaurant across the street has an awesome hamburger and fried goat cheese oh but I'm just a Trump supporter redneck from Harlem Ga The American
I'm very pissed,my husband tried to book me a weekend suite here,mind you he's in Brazil so when I went to check in they told me the suite was reserved an not booked. Then it was required to send him an email to verify my stay so i had to go through a while song an dance an i said never mind. My husband looks in his email an see a 183 charge in his account! I never stayed! I need answers now because there's a charge on the account from which we know nothing about! I need answers.....asap!!!
The Jetted tub was everything! We checked in around 5:30 and had to wait a few minutes b4 we got checked in. Without saying a word they have us complimentary breakfast for the extended wait. Definitely will be returning. Total was x amount, but have a pending charge on my credit card saying $40 more. Its still pending so I will wait until it goes thru b4 calling to ask about the extra charge.

We stayed the weekend for CheerSport Nationals cheerleading competition. Check-in was great, but the parking garage was very weird. There's a pedestrian "path" about 2 ft. wide through a dangerous tunnel. We joked calling it a death trap, but it's totally not safe or funny. The bell hops and employees were all very friendly.
