Dragging bags down 4 flights of stairs because only 1 elevator work for our stay. Not happy!
Nice facility. Rooms are too small for three people. The beds could also use an upgrade.

We had an issue with our hot water and they fixed it immediately. The maintenence man was very nice and respectful. Also the drinks at the bar were really good.
way too overpriced, only had maid service once in 4 days, parking was way too expensive especially for a hotel guest if you could even find a spot, hallways are WAY too long for the airport shuttle you have to pay even more, the WIFI didn't work i will never stay there again
Great stay! The staff is so friendly! I didn't run into a single person who wasn't accommodating! Highly recommend!
Well their parking deck was full and they could not valet park me either. Parked the next block. Go to sign in and the desk service was lacking, no directions to where anything was at the hotel. Had to come back to the desk to ask how to get to our room. Service was just not there for the price you pay to stay. The Hampton has them beat on customer service!
