I wonder if Sheraton Hotel has stars, milky way and constellations on their ceilings. It would relax the guests; increase their alpha brain waves, create inspiration and a feeling of ease, happiness and appreciation for life even more. I stayed here this past weekend for a night and we loved the room and the hotel staff were on point. The only reason it wasn't a 5 is because of the restaurant manager- I don't remember his name but for some reason Tiger Woods comes to mind when describing him. When we initially went to eat we stood there for 10 minutes while he continued to hold a conversation AND look right at us while we waited. I had a horrible experience, I booked here for Dragon Con 2017. I booked and paid full a year in advance for a 2 queen bedroom on the pool deck. 2 days before dragon con I was told I couldn't check in early so I arrived at 4pm and my room was not ready, the music was so loud in the main check in area I couldn't tell what the attendant was saying, then they told me my room wasn't ready and they would text me when it was. The staff was very rude and not helpful. They charged my card 2 times and had to wait days to get my money back. The staff lied about taking care of it. The worst experience ever.

Everything about this hotel was very nice except for the restaurants and parking. 1st the parking was $30 p/night for self parking and $40 p/night for valet. Then valet was so slow we had to wait forever to get our car. 2nd, the restaurants were priced way too high for the food you were going to get. If it wasn't for these two things I would give it 5 stars
