Had a great experience here.. Super convenient location in Downtown Atlanta. Clean and the staff is super friendly.. Be prepared to pay for parking
The best experience I've ever had, year after year! I've taken my students here for the past five years for our field trip to Atlanta, and each year, they go above and beyond to make the experience worthwhile. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the staff is excellent, and there is no where else I'll ever stay while in Atlanta.
4pm and still waiting to be checked in. And that’s after calling ahead of time to confirm what time check-in is.
So much potential...wasted ! Its a solid building with a good location but horrible customer service, since the moment you try to check in and nobody respected the SPG desk, you have to wait doesn’t matter if you are a loyal customer or not. There was a fraternity reunion (guys in their 40s) acting like college kids, making parties in their rooms until 4 am, singing and screaming in the hallways.
