Not good. Long check in line. Attitudes from staff. Blood stains on our pillows needs new management.
We came here to visit the aquarium. First night was so so, second night was terrible to say the least! Get back to room around 830 try to lay our 2 year old and 4 year old down and there is a party going on outside at the pool. I call down to request a different room or something and I’m told they can’t and that the party is a “private party” and that it will last until 1130 at the earliest. My daughter is staying there tonight and tomorrow night with some classmates for an FCCLA competition. They were supposed to have rooms with two Queen sized beds to accommodate three girls. Instead, they were given king size beds. They were told they MIGHT get a roll away bed tomorrow night. My daughter says she is sleeping on the floor! I didn't pay the amount I paid for two nights for my daughter to sleep on the floor! I expect the hotel to fix this ASAP or refund my money. Freakin awesome night the hotel is beautiful and its rigt accross from Harlem Nights Club . We stayed here to watch Monster Energy Supercross in th Mercedes Stadium it was walking distance away only thing that was tricky was the check in wasnt until 4 pm but still such an amazing hotel
Just got here and already dissatisfied. We walked in our non smoking room and it smells like someone smoked a whole pack of cigarettes before we came in. Also, we have 2 small children with us that were looking forward to the pool, and when we got here to check in there was a sign saying the pool is closed for a private event. I feel like this should be know to people who are booking because there are plenty of other hotels in Atlanta that we could have booked that we could have used the pool. This was by far the worse hotel I ever stayed at. Front desk had the worse customer service they don’t tell you when booking that it’s first come first serve when getting double beds. You have to pay $30 for parking a night. When you park your car you have to walk a long way just to get to the hotel. The rooms are very small you barely have enough space to move around in it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel!!!
Omg!! Where do i begin.. I stayed at the Sheraton Wednesday 2-21-2018 - Sunday 2-25-2018 for my Atlanta Residency for my Doctoral Degree Program (DHA) check in was super fast!! The door man (Tony) was FANTASTIC!! He not only helped me to my room, but engaged in professional conversation and was even willing to go down to vallett parking to get my charger i forgot inside my car!!! Amazing customer service!!
