Google website and Sheraton website state that the Fandangles bar is open until 2am on weekends. It’s not. It closes at 12 am despite lines out the door, and the bitter old bitches at the bar are quick to tell you just how bitter they are. Eddie at the front desk is probably the most rude hotel employee I’ve ever met. NEVER AGAIN. If Sheraton asks why no one wants to stay there, the answer is “Eddie at the front desk.” He sealed the deal.
The layout of this hotel is terrible. The parking deck is terrible. My family reunion was held here and it's like a maze getting around. And there aren't many good maps of the hotel to help out.
I have to say my stay here was excellent, not sure about the other reviews that are giving 1 star. First check in is at 4pm & we got here about 12pm & was allowed to check in early which was a great start because we were tired from an early morning flight. 2nd I forgot to mention that we booked this hotel after getting scammed by an Airbnb so we got online & booked here & had no issues with the reservation being only made 10 mins before arriving. Staff was excellent! The only concern I had was the pool. There were people that are not hotel guests. The people were bringing in coolers and friends. Those outside clientele were disrespectful. At the hot tub 3 children(unsupervised) were eating slices of pizza and dropped a slice in the hot tub and left the slice in the water. It was disgusting! This was my third trip to the hotel and it will be my last. Everything at the hotel was great. Kudos for the staff. I had an enjoyable stay at The Sheraton.
I came for a event to see a motivational speaker and it's a very nice hotel...I would return return here one day to stay...
The ONLY reason I rated this disgusting place a 1 is because “0” is not an option. It started off terrible right during check-in. I was told due to them overbooking the room I reserved and paid for was now unavailable. She supposedly upgraded me to a better room and more access. That was not the case Since it was so crowded, we couldn’t enjoy ANYTHING. Then there was the parking issue. First you have to pay way too much to park. The room is already overpriced so why?
