Great customer service! Everyone we encountered was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean as well. Perfect experience!
We reserved our rooms months in advance, but we had to wait for 4 hours before getting in the room!!!!
I’m only giving it a 1 because it wouldn’t let me rate zero. The staff is unprepared and the staff gives you the run around. Every time we asked for the matter to be rectified we were told multiple stories by Caroline. It took 6 hours to get a room we already paid for. 6 HOURS. Unacceptable. Visit this place if there is nothing else and then if there is still nothing else just stay home.
I loved staying here . The beds were amazingly comfortable and everyone was so helpful and super nice . The pool is nice , the rooms were a perfect size . We recommend it !
The most ridiculous hotel. Staff is rude. Paid too much for the small room. My car was broken into. Spoke to security and they say that it's been happening a lot. $30 a day for parking just to get someone to steal from me. Please, check with other hotels before coming to this one! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!
What a great experience.. Everybody at the Hotel were nice and customer focused.. We had a GREAT time.. Thanks Sheraton Atlanta! We'll be back!
This was the best decision I made in Atlanta and to the staff Mr Jeffery,Mr Leroy and Mr Andre so nice they really took care of me !! And the young sister with pretty pink nails at front desk Thank you for helping and giving me the Vip treatment!! I will be back
Do NOT stay here if you plan to use the pool. They close it “last minute” if any private events are going on (which since it is a convention center, is the majority of the time). They do not care about their guests and the hotel is not worth the money at all.
