The room was actually great, I booked on Priceline and got an extremely good rate but the problems are (1) $30 for parking/night, which you aren’t advised of until you check in; (2) the walking from the parking decking is actually a path through the narrow path that you drive in to get into the parking deck, which is not close; (3) the pool could have been nice but there were a group of guys in there horse playing and no one could enjoy themselves; (4) my room was in the south building I felt like I was walking through maze ... read more
Ok hotel. Needs better access to & from hotel for self parking.
Great hotel! Two blocks from a MARTA (subway) station for easy access to the rest of the city. Club Lounge (24/7 which you get access to by booking a Club Level room) is spectacular, really great food and even better people! Mr. Jeffery, who's there in the evenings, is such a character but he's so warm and welcoming and willing to help you in any way. He definitely left a lasting impression on me! They upgraded the food in the lounge too, to things like homemade mac 'n' cheese, steak, and rice pilaf. They listened to their c... read more
We picked this hotel due to location and the pool. We did love the pool during the day, but in the evening don’t even think about going. There is no hotel staff present and it was ridiculous. Kids stacking the pool furniture and jumping off of it, etc. I almost gave a 3 Star due to craziness at pool, however the staff is amazing as hell. Incredibly nice and gracious.
Went here for a conference. The hotel acted like they didn't know it was going to happen. A lot of us didn't have a room till the next day. The toilets in the rooms are way beyond low flow, barely have any water, I feel bad for the staff that has to clean them. People got stuck in the elevator for about 20min. until they got rescued. Would never stay here again by choice.
I enjoyed my experience is was the best
Staff is friendly and take advantage of the parking its worth the pay. Our Rooms were clean and we slept well through the night. Thanks Sheraton for making us comfortable during our stay here.
I have been waiting for my room for over 3 hours! Never heard of any place that doesn't have your room ready at almost 5:00 PM! WTF!?
I reserved a room then was told I wasn’t getting that room my room had a funny smell and it was dirty, to confusing finding your way around the hotel won’t stay there again
