Recommendedi got a deal on priceline but there is NO WAY this is a 4 star hotel then you have to pay for parking I don't mind paying but this amount is too much come on. Also this is a 11 floor hotel ONLY 1 elevator working then they are not working in parking garage they should give a DISCOUNT for parking. NO FREE BREAKFAST REALLY I would be better off staying at Hampton Hotel instead

I stayed at the Sheraton at the end of October. I called ahead and asked if I could get an early check in and was told yes. When I arrived there myself and my friend had to sit in the lobby for over 4 hours. We had also booked a poolside room because of her having a disability and wanting to be close to the pool rather than have to walk very far. I recently stayed at Sheraton Atlanta Hotel Nov. 9th-Nov. 11th 2018 and the stay was uncomfortable, to say the least. I was heading to bed when I happened to lift the blanket up, and the light from the television revealed a brownish discoloration inside the blanket. I turned on the lamp and took the blanket off of the bed and held it up to the light. Throughout the entire blanket was a brown discoloration. HORRIBLE hotel all around. Worst "customer service" ever. Incompetent & rude staff. Managers ignore customers & complaints. Extremely unclean & unsanitary. Stay anywhere else.
Upon checking they said our corporate card couldn't be charged. Said that we didnt get the authorization from filed out, our show coordinator had called them 2 days before and they told him there was no reason for any authorization from as it isnt needed. Well that was the first lie, as our whole group waited for over an hour to check in and 2 different managers told 2 different employees completely different things.
